I had to move on about a month's notice from Philadelphia to Nashville. When it came time to work out the logistics of shipping my car, I was frustrated with the aggression of national movers desperately trying to get my business and the inconvenience of local movers who wanted to put me on a several-month wait list. I found Lance through the Better Business Bureau (always a good sign) and was immediately floored by his courtesy and professionalism. Discussing my situation on the phone with him was easy- he was friendly and informative and gave me all the details I could have possibly wanted about the shipment procedure, the carriers, and his role in the entire process. His pricing was honest and fair. All communication was timely. The actual shipment (pickup and delivery) was incredibly easy and occurred exactly on schedule. Thanks for taking so much stress out of my move, Lance!
