This was my first time to transport a vehicle. I've shipped many, many other things around the world over the years. But, nothing this large. I'm happy to say, I'm VERY satisfied. Upon researching dozens of transport companies, I decided to use Felicia at Auto Shippers Group because of how comfortable Felicia made me feel in the initial interview. She was confident, patient and very willing to explain the whole process. Felicia is also proud of Auto Shippers Group being an accredited BBB member with an A+ rating and over 4500 positive Transportreviews.com reviews. When comparing the other companies, NOBODY else has high ratings in EVERY category. That means something when trying to avoid a bad experience. That's why there are rating systems in place. If you don't use them, it's your fault when you have a lousy experience. And, I read a lot of unhappy reviews with other companies. Because of everything I found when researching, I chose to pay a little higher price to use Felicia and Auto Shippers Group. I'm very happy I did. My overall experience was fantastic. Auto Shippers Group uses quality, handpicked transport drivers which makes all the difference. There were regular updates from the driver as well as Felicia. I WILL use Felicia Williams and Auto Shippers Group again. It couldn't have been easier. I should have started transporting vehicles a long time ago.
