This was my first time transporting a vehicle utilizing door to door service. I was very anxious- however, after lots of research I chose Auto Shipping Group (ASG) for two main reason: 1) They are certified with BBB and 2) They have an A+ BBB rating. An absolute additional positive is they are open on Sundays. Once you submit for a quote request via whatever engine you choose, you'll receive many quotes by various companies. ASG was the first to send a quote-the price was within the range I expected. I called them on a Sunday and Felicia answered the phone. She immediately made me feel at ease and explained the process. She also gave me a military discount of $30 which was awesome! She kept me informed of changes and was extremely patient with me when I kept tagging her for updates (in addition to the ones she was sending me). The quote received by the transport company was higher than the one ASG originally quoted, but I didn't have any issues since Felicia's customer service was phenomenal and I didn't mind paying the extra money. Just heads up: they are a broker company so they cannot control the speed in which the transport/trucking companies respond to their request.
