Felicia was a joy to deal with regarding the transportation of the Chevelle. She was prompt and responsive when I had questions or concerns. The vehicle bid was not picked up right away because the vehicle was inoperable and without the ability to brake. The transporters did a wonderful job. The only slight was that they were later in the evening than expected.
