Overall, we had a very positive experience with our broker and transporter. The initial pickup was a day late but the driver was very professional and was very helpful in removing the bike rack.

Everything was on time until a mechanical breakdown put the truck down for 4-5 days in MN. Once it was back on the road, we rec'd the vehicle in 3 days.

The trucker contacted us by phone while enroute and when he reached the destination.
