Auto Shipping Group Order# 1016711 Felicia at Auto Shipping Group, Inc. was very helpful and always available through text messaging and cell phone calls while assisting with the shipping of my vehicle. I was happy with the service provided. I contacted her about sometime between 2 and less than 3 weeks before I needed my car shipped from Maryland to Washington State. She was able to find a carrier within my specified date range to ship my car door to door. She followed up throughout the process. Her company provided me with a estimated shipping cost of $1395 several weeks before I acted to contact the company to make final arrangements. The price was still reasonable at $1557 even though I waited to make the shipping arrangements later due to scheduling and my final move arrangements on my end. Moving is a stressful and busy adventure, and Felicia made the move and shipping of my car very easy. She worked with me at all times to ensure that the carrier was aware of my plans and linked me up with the driver to make timely arrangements. She was always courteous and helpful. Felicia answered my questions and followed up without hesitation when needed. She was very proactive in contacting me with critical information. I believe she is an excellent representative for Auto Shipping Group, and that Felicia made me feel confident that my car was well taken care of. I appreciate her service and professionalism.
