Overall I was very satisfied with the service I received from Auto Shipping Group and from my account executive Felicia Williams. Felicia was very professional, resourceful and effective. The quoting, booking, pickup coordination, delivery coordination, delivery, follow-up and issue resolution were all handled extremely well. The transporter Felicia arranged was well-equipped, dependable and punctual. Their price was not the cheapest I was quoted but it was reasonable based on comparable quotes I received. Beyond the price, their straightforward no-pressure approach and obvious expertise gained my trust and my business. I would definitely use them again.
