I found my experience with Auto Shipping Group, particularly Martha Callisto (who handled my account), to be pleasant. Martha was able to describe the process of having our car shipped, and was very forth-coming about the cost. She was even able to find us a transporter for a less expensive price than she had originally quoted to me.

I had a less than desirable experience on the phone with the actual trucking company (a whole different story), but when I called Auto Shipping Group Inc. to complain, they handled the situation for me, and called to follow-up the next day to check that everything worked out as planned.

Martha was knowledgable and communicated well. She was very timely in her organization of the car transport, and made our whole experience much less stressful. I'd recommend this service to our friends, and will likely use Auto Shipping Group again if we need our car shipped in the future.
