My husband and I did hours of research looking for a trusting and legitimate transport company for my husband's precious 1970 El Camino. We happen to come across Auto Shipping Group. We contacted them for a quote and although they were a little bit higher than some of the other companies, we were impressed the way this company handled their clients. Both ladies I spoke with, Malia at first and then Felicia, were always friendly, polite, and professional. Neither my husband or myself knew much about how transporting vehicles worked but it was explained to us clearly and thoroughly, which we both appreciated. Felicia was in constant communication with us via e-mails or phone calls; she gave us updates, even if she was just informing us that she was still trying to coordinate the trucks, routes, etc. Not long after this whole process began, Felicia was able to find us a transport to come to us at the perfect time! We were unable to at the pick-up location so she immediately e-mailed us the driver's information so that we could contact him if necessary. This company is wonderful and always on top of it. I also want to note that ironically, we were getting our car shipped to the city where Auto Shipping Group is located and both Felicia and Malia offered to give us personal directions or a ride to the pick up spot if we needed it! How amazing is that? So, thank you everyone from Auto Shipping Group! We are so happy we found you!
