To Whom It May Concern,
I recently used your company to ship my car from Ogdensburgh NY, to Sacramento CA.
When I first began my search for a shipping company I was met with a number of frustrating challenges. Many companies bid on the job, only to let me down days later, unable to perform the agreed upon details of the contract.
After several weeks of let downs I resigned to tow the car across the US myself. However, I made one last call where I came across your employee, Felicia Bond
I explained my situation, my frustration and my doubt that anyone could help me. Each company previously contacted was unprofessional, gave me low prices then raised them later, unable to go to Ogdensburgh etc. etc..
Felicia was polite and professional. She gave me an accurate quote and time frame for the pick up and transport of my vehicle. My car was in fact, picked up as promised. In addition, the vehicle arrived in Sacramento within the promised time frame, with no hidden charges and in the exact condition it was picked up in.
I can not speak highly enough of Felicia. What a relief to speak with some one who was professional, polite and knew her job. I received accurate information regarding time frames and pricing from Felicia and the transaction from start to finish was seamless thanks to Employee.
I am so thrilled with my experience with your company thanks to Felicia that I will absolutely be using you in the future and recommending you highly to friends and colleagues.
