I wanted to thank Jeff for his help in shipping my car ontime and with NO Hassle!

I came to contact Jeff after a set of desastrous experiences attempting to transport my car from California to Pennsylvania.

Granted, some of this was self inflicted: some "aggregator" sites advertized the ability to provide me quotes, and I made the mistake to give my phone number: needless to say I was inundated with automated calls from the same companies 10 times a day.
I ended up picking "a" transporter, who swore he owned trucks and could guarantee the price: the day of the pickup , I get a call from him, stating the delivery truck broke down but I could get another pickup the following day..... provided I paid $150 more. I ran away.

In contrast, when I contacted Jeff, he detailed the process to me and outlined all steps. Easy enough ? Sure. I got a call before pickup, after drop off.... and every step went as described.
There was no surprise, just great customer service both from Jeff and the driver he picked up for me.
