We worked only with Ms. Castillo and she provided efficient and timely service throughout our planning for the pickup of the vehicle. Ms. Castillo was couteous and frequently took the time to explain the process of procuring a transport. This was our first experience shipping a car and we were pleased to be able to work with a helpful sales representative. She provided helpful advice throughout the process and always informed us of the options we had for completing the transport agreement. It was also helpful to be able to complet the paperwork for the transaction on line. Ms. Castillo assisted us in assuring the information provided was accurate. We are pleased we chose Auto Transport and were able to work with Ms. Castillo throughout the process.
