Kim was such a huge help when I was trying to get my car returned after it being stolen and brought to a different state 8 hours away. I had talked with police and impound people but it was during the Christmas season and things seemed to be going at a snail's pace. Kim helped me by answering any questions and also clarifying the steps I needed to take. Thank you SO much. I'm sure she has no idea how much she helped me keep my sanity.
