Felicia handled the transport of my fathers pickup from AZ state to WA state. As this was a personal matter after the death of my father, I found her sensitivity and willingness to respond quickly to my numerous and frequent questions outstanding. She stuck with me while waiting for family to get documents, moving the vehicles from mountains to metro area, non op vs op, and final delivery to me. From start to end, she was with me. I would highly recommend her to all. She has been professional, empathetic, available, and I am exceedingly grateful for her handling of this long range transfer.
