This is the second time within 4 months that I have hired Felicia Williams with Auto Shipping Group to transport our cars across the country. When I first started getting on-line quotes for my own move in June, Felicia was the most straightforward broker I talked to. She answered my questions immediately, was the most sincere person I dealt with, and had the most professional expertise out of all of the companies I spoke to. Auto Shipping Group was able to expedite a sudden move for me within days. The transportation of my car was flawless, while Felicia remained in touch throughout the days it took to transport my car, updating me with every step. Four months later, (a few short weeks ago), I called Felicia again and asked her for a quote for my daughter, who also decided to move out of her state. By the next day, Felicia had already set up the entire auto transportation for her move. Flawless. I would absolutely recommend Felicia and Auto Shipping Group to anyone looking for a transportation company to transport their vehicle.
