AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!!!!! From a person who has never had to ship a vehicle from North Carolina to Aurora co, this company was just amazing from start to finish!!!!!! My father passed away July in 2021 and I bought the old family truck I grew up with that my dad bought back in 1995 from my mom. This company was the 3rd company I ended up talking to and I explained to each company it's my first time, don't know what I'm doing and how special the package was to me. The others gave me a feeling that they didn't care about my concerns and the prices were very high. This company and more importantly the person who I spoke with won my decision, respect and peace of mind before I decided to go with them. Leeann with Auto Shipping Group is my angel. She took into consideration the importance of my mission and holy cow what do know some people in this world actually care about the customers. She is what made this whole experience AMAZING!! She explained to me that she also went through a similar experience after her father passed and she was able to give his vehicle to her son.From the start she explained how the whole system works from taking the information to posting it on the national dispatch board to getting the driver's phone # and info. She told me it takes about 1-3 days after the job is posted on the national dispatch board and she would make sure that the driver who picks up my dad's truck understands the situation and she feels that they are a good fit for the job then it's a go. Come on people where else are you going to get love from a company like that??? She called me back the same day about 3 hrs later and said she has a driver. The next step was to pay this company and sign some paperwork through emails and send them back I never had to go to the office. The price was $250.00 and that covered them setting everything up and finding the best deal from a driver. The cost of the company that the driver worked for was $1,400.00 and it had to be cash or cashier's check I paid cash and you do that on delivery. Since my mom was in north Carolina Leeann called my mom while we were on the phone and talked to her about the driver and his name and company that would be coming to the house. Again she's AMAZING! after our phone call I called my mom and the driver was already at my mom's house. I could hear the way he talked to my mom and how he kept offering to do stuff for my mom so she didn't have to worry about it. It makes me cry thinking about it again, my mom was in tears when Sean was having her sign the paperwork and hand over the keys my mom gave the truck a kiss goodbye and sent me a video of him loading on the truck. After the pickup it only took 4 days to get here and Sean called me and told me he was one hour away and we set up a location with enough room for him to remove a couple cars to get my truck off. Sean and I looked over the truck together and his paperwork of noticeable dents and scratches when he picked it up. Everything looked good I confirmed the miles on the truck to be ok signed the paperwork and paid the man $1,400.00 cash and got my receipt. Sean told me how it broke his heart to see my mom break down like that and he said he was trying to do everything for her so she could try and relax. Sean felt like family and it just brought a very good feeling to the whole closing of my mission. The next day I got a text from Leeann asking how the delivery was and made sure I didn't have any complaints or questions I told her from beginning to end I have never felt so cared for or loved by a company and didn't expect you to be in contact with my mom to make sure she was ok with the driver. In my heart I feel like I just need to say I LOVE THIS COMPANY AND THE WAY IT LOVES ITS CUSTOMERS BACK!! AMAZING!!!!! If you're looking to ship a vehicle and this is the only company you should deal with and when you call you have to ask for Leeann and experience everything for yourself. Roy Hinson
