I had shipped a lot of vehicles since because of my military job I move around a lot. I can tell you that this time was the easier and stress free all the way from picking up the vehicle to delivery in record time. Having Felicia helping us to ship our vehicle was like having a person assigned just to you. There wasn’t a time that I asked a question or call that she didn’t answered right away. She kept us informed every step of the way to the point that I never had to check the tracking number because she will reach out to give us update on the vehicle. She changed the way we thought about shipping company. I will not hesitate to use the company again and specially Felicia because of her out of this world customer service.
