Heidi was phenomenal in helping me ship a Toyota Rav 4 from California to Colorado and for an extremely reasonable price. I had originally received the generic online quote from the company and then I decided to call the company. A cheerful, friendly voice welcomed me and explained that the quote was probably for a slightly larger SUV and that she loves to save money for people and make a difference in their day. Heidi providing extremely knowledgeable and reliable assistance. She saved us $125 and had the car picked up the next day. Heidi is such a people person with exemplary customer service and lots of knowledge. She connected me with a reputable company and handled all the details of pick up and delivery etc.. I only made the one phone call to her and she took care of the rest. She gave me a contact number in case things changed before the pick up and also checked in with me after the pickup as well as before the delivery to Colorado. I truly enjoyed meeting her and am thankful for her experience in making the relocation a good one and a non-stressful one. THANK YOU HEIDI!!!
