Felicia is very communicative and kept everything on track from cradle to grave. The first carrier was not able to pick up the car due to a mechanical breakdown. I informed Felicia and she was able to get another carrier in a reasonable time. Felicia also kept me informed and updated on status changes to the vehicle. I will definitely recommend her to anyone.
