I had two cars to ship from the mainland (Portland, OR) to Hawaii. After researching a number of transport companies, the Auto Shipping Group came out on top with A+ ratings and a solid reputation with getting the job done effectively. After giving them a call, Felicia immediately went to work with getting the order placed and dispatched. A couple of weeks later, and right on time, the ground transport guy showed up at our home to load the cars onto the transport carrier and deliver the cars to the port in Tacoma, WA. About 5 weeks later, our cars showed up at the Matson facility in the port of Hilo, Hawaii, in the same condition as when we left them back on the mainland. The level of professionalism and customer service Felicia gave us was very impressive. Consistently she would provide text updates and go out of her way to check on the status of our vehicles throughout the shipping process, from beginning to the final delivery in Hawaii. Amazing job, Felicia! Thank you so much for making this part of our transition to Hawaii something we didn't have to worry about. I will definitely be recommending you and ASG to family and friends in the future.
