Working with Felicia was EXCELLENT! Her attention to detail and outstanding communication made me feel at ease while my vehicle was in transit. I was informed of progress every step of the way. Felicia was in contact with me many times over the few days that my vehicle was in transit. I have to say that my experince working with Felicia was one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had. I did not expect this and I was pleasantly surprised. If I ever have the need to ship another vehicle, I will call Felicia. I feel comfortable recommending her to anyone.
