I'm am very paticular about doing anything out of the normal with my HD so to have someone like Felicia to work with me through my what I'm sure was too many questions was a relief! Every p b one call,every text message, every email was returned im a timely manner with an awnser ready for me! Felicia took the time too call me after hours and even returned a call while out Xmas shopping with her Mother and didn't have to do either but understood my concerns! She was pleasant ,friendly,and very proffesional! She called within the hour of delivery to check everything was good and to wish Happy Holidays! I would recommend Felicia's expertise and professional attitude to anyone needing this service! You won't be disappointed!;The reason I rated 5 Stars is because 10 wasn't an Option
