ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC JOB BY FELICIA FROM START TO FINISH Thank You so much. She even helped me patiently how to electronically sign the work order. She told me how to use my computer mouse, left click my computer mouse. Honestly, I didn't know this could be done. Felicia tracked my shipment every step of the way. She texted, emailed & called not only me, but kept my Daughter-in-Law (Amy) & Son (Chad) informed all the way. I highly recommend Felicia be provided every opportunity for advancement, promotions, etc. with your outstanding shipping company.
