So... this industry can be “difficult” for individuals to understand and deal with. This was the second time I’ve tried to ship a car. The first was a disaster. This time I tried a low priced offer from another reputable broker first. I got no calls in 10 days.i canceled. Next I tried ASG. Their quote was higher, their reputation including a Better Business Bureau was very good. I signed on. I had an offer later the same day at the quoted price. The car was picked up the following day and delivered 960 miles away two days later. The communication throughout was excellent by ASG, then the dispatcher for the carrier then, the driver, then back to ASG for the close out. That’s just what I hoped for and waaaayyyy better that my earlier experiences with two other brokers.
