Felicia Williams is the best. This was my first experience with shipping a car. I was unfamiliar with the process, and was little nervous. Felicia gave me very detailed information about whole process. She is very professional, provided quotes and other paperwork promptly. I got the best customer service thanks to her caring personality. Felicia worked very closely, replied to my messages quickly, and found a great driver in a very short period of time. My car was picked up by GIG Logistics Inc on time and delivered even earlier than was scheduled. Everything went very smoothly. Car was delivered in a perfect condition. I truly appreciate Felicia's business, highly recommend her and will definitely go back to her anytime I need to ship a car. Thank you again Felicia!
