Clearly Felicia has a career minded approach to Auto Transport, she gave us a level of communication I wish we got from other companies. It was so stressful to move across the country during Covid . We shipped two cars and Felicia went the extra mile to find us a transport that took both at a bargain price and they went straight through on one truck, on time and fantastic communication by all parties. Everybody takes the time to complain online and I wanted to take the time to say thank you to Felicia Williams as she went the extra mile.
