I had my car shipped cross-country from San Francisco to Miami. Felicia was very helpful throughout the entire process. She was able to get me a quote that was about $400 cheaper than other companies. I needed my car shipped on an expedited timeline. The company was able to get me connected with truckers who were running that route around the time I needed. I had the most questions before the process started and Felicia made herself available via phone and text. She was great at following up at the different stages of the process to see how things were going. Even though much of the process is out of her hands once it's with the driver, she did a great job of staying in touch and giving me the updates that were available to her. I would use this company again.
