I am completely happy with ASG for the transport of our 2010 Audi from Seattle to Boston. Felicia W. was the model of what an exceptional transport consultant should be. From our first phone call, when she answered all my questions and educated me about the entire shipping process, to check ins by phone, email and text message at every step of the way, to follow up after delivery, Felicia expertly managed the entire process and gave me confidence that our vehicle was in good hands. Her communications were fantastic, providing prompt responses to my questions and thorough, clear instructions and guidance. Friendly and personable, she was a pleasure to work with. The service of the carrier engaged by ASG for our transport was also exceptional, a credit to the high quality of the service ASG provides. Pick up and delivery were smooth, and communication by the driver was excellent. We will absolutely contract through ASG the next time we need a vehicle transported! Great job!
