SEAMLESS process! From the time Arnold contacted me, he handled the whole transaction and was available to answer my many questions along the way. I recently moved from Westchester, NY to Santa Fe, NM, and needed several cars shipped. the first company i tried was Montway - they lost location of my car at some point, delivered it but 10 days later than we agreed on, and overcharged me at the end. Instead, Arnold was able to get the car to me within 4!!! days. He stood by his original quote, he dealt with the pick up - on the weekend, and kept me posted through the process. I have one more car to ship, and needless to say, Arnold is the person i will use for this and any other future transportation needs. Highly recommend!!!
