I've used moving and transport brokers before with average to poor experiences at best. This time I had to move an out of state car with another broker that started out terrible and went down hill from there. Two weeks went by with no hauler in sight. I contacted ASG and explained my predicament and urgency to Felicia who took over, resolved my problem, and got me hooked up with a fantastic hauler within days not weeks. ASG hires professional and knowledgeable brokers. Right from the start, Felicia was courteous, friendly, professional, and effective. Felicia was proactive throughout the entire process; paperwork to pickup to delivery. Felicia made the entire process as easy as it could be made. Felicia was in constant contact with me, the car owner, and hauler via phone and email. I can't think of one thing that Felicia could have done any better. I whole heartedly recommend ASG and Felicia for your moving needs and will use ASG from now on and will ask for Felicia for my next moving needs.
