I will never recommend this company to anyone and I am full of regret for ever trusting them to handle my transport. Just like any other sales person at first Kimberly was pushing the deal and prompt to return phone calls and reach out to me. The while situation was made out to be very simple, safe and as if there were not going to be any issues or major price changes. She made it seem as though a week was going to be plenty of time to find a carrier and even had to the nerve to use a holiday for as an excuse for why it was taking long to find a transporter, even though I was driving that holiday weekend and seen plenty of transport trucks on the road. So from the beginning Kimberly quoted me this amazing price of $635 ($435 for the actual carrier) and a $200 broker fee. Me obviously being desperate because I was moving across multiple states and on a time frame I did what any customer would have done, I trusted her. Well lone be hold, a week goes by after I sign our agreement(for a $635 total cost) to have my vehicle transported from A-B before a certain date and me having my to reach out to auto shipping group to get my own updates because once I signed the contract I never heard back from them! I found out they still had not found a carrier and now I’m scrambling. Well about two days later Kimberly finally returns my calls with wonderful news. *sarcasm* oh yes the old bait and switch move. Now she lets me know that have finally after two weeks found a carrier BUT THIS carrier wants $700 instead of the $435 I was quoted. WHAT!? Kimberly pretty much gives me the take it or leave it attitude and of course with me already looking at flying back and getting my vehicle myself and driving it across multiple states I’m desperate, so I take the deal but I’m very upset. Of course she doesn’t care and offers nothing to try to fix the game she just played on me. I wonder how many other customers they have done this to? Before you sign remember to look through the other reviews, talk to other brokers, don’t let auto shipping group take advantage of you having of you while doing a major move. Imagine how many other people are in my situation that didn’t get the opportunity to leave a review.

Kimberly@Autoshippinggroup.com 360-200-6854 CALL, TEXT OR EMAIL ME FOR A FREE QUOTE. I HAVE BEEN WITH OUR COMPANY 12 YEARS NOW! A+ ACCREDITED! Jesus, Sorry that you feel this way..Let me clarify a few things though as you are making me out as if I do not care which is not the case. We did not do a bait and switch as our fee did not increase from our original quoted price. The carrier asked for additional funds that you agreed to. You placed your order on the 18th of May, the carriers could not deliver before the 29th and couldn't delivery later than the 31st, so you wanted the delivery over Memorial day weekend and yes holidays do play a role in this industry as they get days off for holidays like most people do. Your route was 827 miles so at most it would take about 3 days to get there. I also talked to you about this when we talked before you even placed your order. We spoke about the holiday situation and how carriers can counteroffer the quotes provided. We spoke about this on the 15th of May before you placed your order, so you were aware ahead of time. Also when you booked your order I informed you to read over the shipping invoice and our terms and conditions and ask me any questions. The first thing in our invoice states: Due to the instability of the current price of diesel fuel, there may be a price increase to your original quote. Auto Shipping Group Inc. will contact you first to advise you of the increased cost. Choosing this option will ensure your vehicle will be transported in a timely manner. However, you will always have the option to continue looking for a carrier at the original quoted price with the understanding that it will most likely take longer than originally anticipated. You do have the option to cancel your order without cost or obligation. You are being provided a estimated cost to ship your vehicle. So you had the right to pass on the carrier offer that we had provided to you. When I provided you the offer here is what was stated: Jesus its Kim with ASG. I finally have an offer. They want to pick up tomorrow and del by Friday. They are asking for 700 at delivery, so would be a total of 899. Would you like to take this offer?...Your reply: I don't understand, what changed? That's almost $300 more//Its just what dispatch has been able to find so far.. We are still looking but we offer everything we find//Okay I'll take this offer. Only because I need my car in Idaho asap. You agreed to take the offer. On the 29th of May your vehicle was picked up and was delivered in time for the 31. The average time to find a carrier is 1-10 business days.. You placed your order on the 18th and it was picked up the 29th, and delivered in time. So again I'm sorry you feel I let you down but we did everything we could to find you a carrier, and it was your decision to take this carrier. You never expressed to me how upset you were. Also you never signed a contract UNTIL the carrier was secured which was the 28th. So you were not in contract until you approved the carrier. At 05/28/2019 09:13 AM a Docusign Invoice was uploaded . So again I did not do anything that wasn't discussed before you placed the order. Even if you had signed something, we have no cancellation fees and you hadn't been charged a penny. We only charge on the date the car is picked up after verification.
