I just shipped my car from Texas to Maine and relied upon Felicia to coordinate the arrangements with an auto transport company. Before I met Felicia, I had spoken with many other reps and knew immediately that she was a cut above the rest. She was extremely responsive and competent. She was also careful to understand my timing issues and ensured that they were met. The transport company she found was excellent too. Although this was my first time shipping my car and I was very nervous about the process, everything worked like clockwork. Since my husband and I now split our time between Texas and Maine I will definitely be relying on Felicia in the future.
