I had a car shipped from Arizona to California and Brenda did a great job helping me through the whole process. I did have issues not getting emails because it was entered incorrectly but Brenda was very communicative with calls and texts. A deposit needs to be made up front, and an amount in postal money order, cash, or cashier's check is due when the delivery is made. She refunded $50 for the trouble that was caused. The driver transporting my car was also very communicative. He made sure to give me periodic time estimates so that we could meet at the right time. Overall, I was very nervous about the whole process but everything worked out in the end. I'd do it again if I needed another car transported.
