Felicia was wonderful from the first phone call to book a carrier for our vehicle to the moment of delivery. Felicia was very detailed in explaining the process of how a vehicle is shipped, patiently answering our multiple queries on steps needed to ship a vehicle across the U.S. The price we were quoted remained the same throughout the transport, which was a wonderful surprise — we heard horror stories of damage to vehicles & price jacking just before folks receivied their vehicles. Felicia was very proactive in communicating via phone, email & text. Felicia’s skill set is strong & an asset to her employer. We will call Felicia @ Auto Shipping in the future if the need arises. We’re very willing to recommend Felicia & Auto Shipping to others who need this service.
