The best customer service experience I have EVER had. I was in a tough spot with my car waylaid in Nashville on its way to North Carolina at the time of the hurricane. I flew home to Vegas but had a personal situation that kept my from picking up the car for almost two months. Gretchen Hight was remarkable. I asked the same questions multiple times and she was patient and understanding and clearly KNOWS HER BUSINESS. ..which made bad situation that much better. Thank you, Gretchen.
