I called and my agent was Felicia Williams...she was very accommodating and friendly, knowledgeable on cost, time frame, and different trucking companies that contract out as couriers. The 2 drivers were experienced in inspecting my car for any visible damages (minor or major as photos were taken) upon pick up and drop off, they were patient, and their dispatcher reached out to me as my car was on its way.
