I guess this is a review of the broker and not the carrier. Initial contact was very pleasant but after that it was sparse. All communication after the initial call was via text which I guess is convenient but always felt very impersonal, as if they couldn't be bothered. Regardless, the car made it in one piece and on time, albeit filthier than I realized a car could get. No joke, I had to clean the windshield when it came off the truck just so I could see where I was going. But I guess that's more about the carrier so nevermind. The repetitive texts and emails I got requesting me to leave a review are understandable but annoying. Because I don't have anything remarkable to say about the experience, I wasn't going to bother leaving a review but since I want these requests to stop, here's my review. The driver was under the impression I was going to be paying him cash upon delivery. This was surprising considering the very distinct conversations I had with ASG about having a certified check. All I cared about in this whole process what getting my car from point A to point B without damage, in a timely fashion and at a reasonable cost. All those boxes were ticked. I would use Auto Shipping Group again and would happily recommend them.

Kimberly@Autoshippinggroup.com 360-200-6854 CALL, TEXT OR EMAIL ME FOR A FREE QUOTE. I HAVE BEEN WITH OUR COMPANY ALMOST 11 YEARS NOW! A+ ACCREDITED! Michael, I"m sorry that texting was not your referred method, but I did ask you as I do every customer and you said you preferred it. If you changed your mind you should've told me. I am sorry that I asked a few time about an evaluation about my customer service, but I did also ask you when you placed your order and you said you would leave me one at the end of the experience. Your order was booked on the 30th of May, and scheduled with a carrier on the 5th of June. Your vehicle was delivered the 12th of June around 1:30. So communication was there as I have it noted every time you were updated. Unfortunately going open carrier, your vehicle is going to get dirty so that is something that is not uncommon. As for the payment, it is told and also sent to you in the initial terms and conditions, as well as the contract you signed and the separate email I send, that its cash, cashier check or money order. The carriers will accept any forms of those. Yes some carriers do request cash, but they will still accept the other methods, so I'm sorry if they tried to switch it on you. I'm sorry it wasn't the experience you were expecting..
