Some hiccups but got the job done

There were a couple hiccups, like the driver trying to deliver way before the “must be delivered after” date. And communication was one sided. I had to make many phone calls to get updates and had few returned. On the bright side the vehicle was delivered in good condition and for the agreed rate, so all in all it went ok. When I notified ASG that I was having trouble getting in contact with the driver they were friendly and responsive.

Kimberly@Autoshippinggroup.com 360-200-6854 CALL, TEXT OR EMAIL ME FOR A FREE QUOTE. I HAVE BEEN WITH OUR COMPANY ALMOST 11 YEARS NOW! A+ ACCREDITED! Robert, I just want to clarify a few things. We had made arrangements to deliver the vehicle to a storage facility because it couldn't be delivered before that date. So if the carrier called you prior to that, that is unknown information to us. The vehicle was delivered to the storage facility and after the 15th when you could accept the vehicle we called to get an update for you. You and I were both trying to reach the dispatchers for 24 hours and were in communications with each other. So I'm not sure why I deserve 3 stars. I was emailing, texting and calling you.
