As soon as I thought customer service was non-existent, Stephanie proved me wrong. She kept me informed the entire time and I never had to call to check the status of my vehicle. She was extremely polite and professional. If you need to ship your vehicle, you would be crazy to use another transport company! I will always use Auto Shipping Group for any future vehicle transport needs.
