ASH was great! The contract driver was not. He damaged the driver’s seat - he used the wrong lever and tried to FORCE the seat forward (closer) - damaging the seat-back adjuster. He should Znever FORCE anything and should have asked for help. Instead I had to yell STOP!! And show him his problem. His first words were “I didn’t do ANYthing” which was simply not true and lacked integrity and accountability.
