I was very uneasy after a terrible experience with another carrier in attempts to transport a vehicle from Missouri to Maryland. Felecia was awesome. She explained the entire process, kept me informed and quickly found a carrier to transport the vehicle. Pick up was on time and delivery earlier than initially expected. Awesome experience.
