At first, everyone was nice. We had to cancel the 1st pickup because it was too early. The second pickup was cancelled by the driver. We decided to use another company. Although no pickup was made by ASG, they STILL took money off our card. This has been since December 28th. We are currently still trying to get our money back. We have been given the run around, and was told it could take up 8 weeks to get our money back. Instead of speaking on the phone like adults, they prefer to text message. I am beyond disappointed with this company. They still have money that belongs to me. I can't even get a response back.
