This was our first time to transport a car and ASG and Felicia were quite helpful, they answered all our questions and kept us informed all along the way before the car was scheduled, after it was scheduled while we waited for pick up, during the delivery process and followed up with us after the delivery. We received texts from Felicia and emails as well every other day before shipping and almost daily during shipping. The car did arrive with some damage ( a quarter size dent and a quarter size scrape on the roof) but Felicia helped us get the insurance information from the shipping company (Hi Tech Auto) and we are working with them to resolve that matter. All in all it was a great experience, we were nervous as first time shippers but Felicia and ASG made the process relatively easy and we would use them again if we ever had to ship again.
