I tried to ship the vehicle from Oregon to Indiana. The vehicle was picked up by a third party (not the same company that doing the transport). The vehicle didn't transport to Indiana. The vehicle was transported to St. Paul MN instead. I found out only on the day that the vehicle was supposed to delivery. They said they tried to call me on my cell, but according to cell phone company record, I didn't received any call from the driver or the company within the 72-hours period. After some phone call follow up with the dispatch, I found out the vehicle was sitting at the about 600 miles away from the destination. They said I will need to wait 2 weeks for the vehicle to delivery to my destination. I have to drive about 1200 miles round trip to pick up the vehicle myself (from near St. Paul, MN) and drive back to Indiana.

NEVER deal with this company unless you want to drive 1200 miles to pick up the vehicle.

First I want to thank you WYK for letting me help you with your relocation. I am thankful you do not hold me or my company ASG responsible for actions that happened during transport. However, I do want to address the issues in this review. First I want to apologize for the delay in delivery and the time you were notified. This carrier had encountered transmission issues while on the road. They were waiting on a carrier which would have been 6 days out until the owner of the company (Slava) stepped in and called you. He did say he could have the car delivered in two days. You advised him you were not able to wait for delivery and you would drive to pick up the car. I had already talked to the owner of the company and he said he would compensate you whatever you wanted off your carrier fee due to the inconvenience. When he asked you want you wanted you felt like $250.00 was fair so that is what he took off. He called his driver and let him know. While we never want a carrier to have truck issues sometimes this is not the case. They are on the road at a very fast pace for 5 months and they do their best to maintain the trucks which also includes making stops for a repair if needed. Again I am sorry for the the delay but it was not intentional or deliberate in anyway. The carrier made every effort to compensate for an unfortunate situation.
