Terrible agent service

Terrible. I booked 1 month in advance, said I needed to have it shipped before 7/22 as I will be moving. I was told to give 5 days, so I chose 7/17-7/22. When it was getting close to 7/17 I called to check on the progress. A day later I was called and she not only forgot about the shipment date, but also reassured me. I told her to raise the price. She said I should not try to find a company on my own and that there was nothing to worry about. I texted her the next few days as it was now in my shipping time. On 7/21 I still did not hear back and then she called and said I had a pick up date of 7/26. I expressed that this was not possible as I was getting on a place the night before, and the carrier was nice enough to come pick up my car earlier but with no help from my auto shipping group agent. I almost had to fly out without my car and this was just unacceptable service. I was required to put my deposit weeks in advance and had I known this would be the outcome I would have definitely chosen a different company.

Christina, I am very sorry that you were displeased with the service you received. I provided you with excellent customer service, even though you gave a 5 day window and you only wanted to be picked up and delivered in a 2 day window. I did not forget the shipment date I had to update this order several times because you kept changing the date. I made sure that your sister was taken care of and the car was delivered on time, the pick up could not be within the preferred days and still be delivered on the days your sister need it. I explained all of this thoroughly, you called me all hours of the day and night yelled at me, hung up on me, and then would call back and apologize. You and your sister called and thanked me upon delivery, I really don't know what more I should have done. I listed my cell on the order so I could get updates directly from the carrier over the weekend. You paid a very reasonable price, I even got you $100.00 and you packed with household goods for free. Again, I am very sorry you were displeased- I am just confused as to how I could have done any better?
