I called ASG and was connected with Felicia Williams. I decided not to contact any other shipping firms because I felt very comfortable with her professionalism. Unfortunately we had to cancel our order because our plans changed. However, Felicia was outstanding in the level of customer service she provided. She was very knowledgeable and personable and really provided us with a lot of confidence that our car would be shipped on time and safely. In the future, should I require to ship another car, I would definitely call Felicia at ASG.
