Short Version: If you have never had your vehicle transported across state lines before, and you are looking for someone to help you with this process - to make it as smooth and stress-free as possible - Julie is all you need! She is very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. She cares for you and your car the way a nurse cares for a patient. She holds everyone else that she works with to that same standard. She also watches your pennies, as though they were her own. It's always good to deal with a specialist when it comes to something that is important to you. She is a specialist in her field. I could not be happier.

The Long-Short Version: First, she demystified the entire industry for me. I called several transporters, and felt like I was dealing with a chop-shop that wanted to get my credit card info asap. The other companies were pretty consistent with rushing me to pay a deposit, telling me how late I had waited so the urgency was increased, saying they are not cheap because of their quality of service and making all kinds of assurances based on my inquiries. I felt like they would say whatever it would take for me to make a payment. Classic fast talkers. Julie took her time to explain the industry in a way that let me set my apprehensions aside. She explained the system, her role and the role of others. Second, none of the other transporting companies offered solutions for problems, nor did they assess the possible hurdles I may encounter in the process (ie, transporting from a rural area). She explained what factors drive the price up and what factors contribute to a longer transport time. Then she helped me make the adjustments that would make the transport process more efficient and less costly (problems solved!) For example, she told me where to find parking coupons so they could be used at the time of pick up. Then, as the day morphed into a different scene - because everybody is on the move in this industry, it is very fluid(!!) - she made immediate adjustments, where I did not even have to pay for parking at all - problem solved! Third, the contact for the drop off was no different and took just as much care for the vehicle owner and the process! The vehicle needed to be dropped off at a service station before the close of business, a last minute snafu. The immediate response was 'let me call you back" - boom-boom-boom - problem solved! Julie is a professional who works with professionals. I typically don't post reviews, but I felt that it was important that I post this so that anyone who needs a trusted company to transport their vehicle can have this reference. Call her, and you won't regret it. She is worth every penny.
