Overall, my experience has left me more than satisfied. Felicia Williams answered all of my questions promptly and updated me daily on the progress of the delivery, so I was not out of the loop. Also, when the actual price of transport was higher than I was quoted, Mrs. Williams was sure to ask for my permission before dispatching the driver. The vehicle did arrive dirty, however that was expected since it was on an open carrier. I will more than likely use Auto Shipping Group's services in the future as I'm in the military and I will have to move again eventually!
