First I will start off by saying that Heidi was the only person we talked to that was up front about shipping our vehicle. We talked to others and they all sounded good but could not deliver. The route we had for our vehicle was not a common one and did take a few days to get a carrier willing to deliver the vehicle but Heidi made sure to follow up with me throughout the process. She was even trying to find out other ways to get the vehicle to us (vehicle was 100 miles north of Seattle) and she thought of different ways to get it picked up. She even followed up during transit and when it was delivered. Great customer service! Others get your money and never respond to you.
