Felicia has been great to work with! I have worked with her on my needs for multiple carrier requests for 6 vehicles over the past month and she has been reliable and consistent each time. She goes above and beyond to ensure my (many) orders are handled and is in constant communication giving me updates, even during non-business hours. She's made this process much easier and has worked with me and the agency to find efficiencies in payment and process that have gone a long way to save me time and energy!! Will continue to work with Auto Shipping Group and will work through Felicia for all future requests.
